Education Compliance

CE Broker Portal

Track & manage your continuing education.

UCAR uses CE Broker to help members track and manage their continuing education credits. CE Broker is the official system designated by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) for monitoring license compliance and education history.

Members are responsible for ensuring their CE records are accurate and up to date — CE Broker gives you the tools to do exactly that.

How CE reporting works

From course to record

1

You complete a course

Whether in-person at UCAR, online through The CE Shop or TREEF, or with another approved provider — you finish your course and receive a completion certificate.

2

Provider reports to CE Broker

TREC-approved course providers are required to upload completion records to CE Broker within 10 business days of course completion. UCAR submits applicable course completions directly.

3

Your record updates automatically

Once the provider submits your completion, it appears in your CE Broker account and your compliance dashboard updates to reflect the new hours.

4

You renew with TREC

When all required CE hours are complete, log in to the TN CORE online licensing system to submit your license renewal application and fees.

Your responsibility as a member

While UCAR and other approved providers submit course completions directly to CE Broker, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your CE records are accurate and up to date.

Log in to CE Broker regularly — especially as your renewal date approaches — to verify all completions have been reported correctly. If a course is missing from your record, contact the course provider first, as they are responsible for submitting the data. If the issue is not resolved, contact TREC directly.

Frequently asked questions

Q How do I create a CE Broker account?

Go to launchpad.cebroker.com and select your state (Tennessee). Create a free account using your Tennessee real estate license number. Your CE history will populate automatically once your account is set up.

Q A course I completed isn’t showing in my CE Broker account. What do I do?

First, contact the course provider — they have up to 10 business days to submit completions. If the deadline has passed and it still isn’t showing, contact TREC directly. Keep your completion certificate as documentation.

Q Does CE Broker notify me when my renewal is coming up?

Yes — CE Broker sends reminder notifications as your license expiration date approaches. Make sure your contact information and email address are current in your CE Broker account to receive these alerts.

Q Is CE Broker free to use?

CE Broker offers a free basic account that allows you to view your CE records. A paid upgrade is available with additional features like detailed compliance reports and provider search tools, but the free account is sufficient for most members to track their renewal requirements.

Q Does CE Broker work for my REALTOR® Code of Ethics training too?

CE Broker tracks TREC CE requirements for your real estate license. Your NAR Code of Ethics training completion is tracked separately through your NAR member account at nar.realtor/my-account.
